Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Manager of Virtual Design & Construction to lead VDC/BIM adoption across the project lifecycle, from preconstruction through turnover. You will guide cross‑functional teams, develop BIM workflows, and coordinate on-site VDC activities to support design, construction, and facilities management.

You will drive training, lead coordination sessions, and represent Clark at industry events, while aligning VDC initiatives with Clark standards of excellence and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience overseeing project development and delivery; on-site experience required
• Demonstrated leadership with project teams at a local/regional level
• Strong knowledge of BIM/VDC processes and tools (Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Fuzor, Assemble, SketchUp)
• Excellent presentation and training skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement VDC strategy throughout the project life cycle from design and construction to facilities management
• Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation
• Represent Clark by participating in VDC presentations to clients and industry groups
• Establish VDC goals and develop BIM workflows, best practices, QA/QC, and value proposition
• Manage and implement VDC project setup process
• Facilitate BIM meetings and design or MEP coordination sessions
• Interact regularly with jobsites and understand project VDC implementations
• Train personnel on BIM capabilities
• Facilitate ongoing collaboration among VDC personnel including sharing of best practices and lessons learned
• Participate in speaking opportunities within the industry and focus groups
• Lead ongoing strategic initiatives related to VDC/BIM
