Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a VDC or BIM management role within construction.
• Bachelor degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination across design and field teams.
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-specific VDC efforts including BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Deploy VDC initiatives and manage digital construction tools and workflows.
• Coordinate model-based coordination across design, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop VDC execution plans aligned with client expectations and standards.
