Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a qualified VDC/BIM Coordinator to support project-level implementation of VDC workflows using data-rich models. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary BIM data, ensure model accuracy, and support RFI processing to drive on-time coordination.

This role emphasizes collaboration among design, engineering, and construction teams and requires a bachelor’s degree with 0–4 years of VDC/BIM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 0-4 years of VDC/BIM experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes multidisciplinary models into a federated coordination model for design, fabrication, and construction.
• Coordinates BIM data integration across disciplines to avoid conflicts.
• Reviews source models for accuracy and alignment with contractual requirements.
• Identifies and communicates clashes or constructability issues for timely resolution.
• Prepares visuals, drawings, and documentation from models to support RFI processing.
