Job summary

BE&K Building Group seeks a VDC Manager to coordinate BIM and VDC processes for projects from design through construction. You will work with design partners, project teams, and subcontractors to implement BIM strategies and drive model-based coordination.

The role requires at least three years in VDC/BIM, strong communication skills, and proficiency with BE&K VDC platforms. Office-based with on-site meetings and field support are common.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of three years of relevant VDC/BIM experience.
• Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency with BE&K VDC software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM/VDC processes across project teams.
• Support BIM execution plans and strategies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Lead BIM-related meetings and coordination.
• Build and refine models for use across project phases.
• Assist project teams with building system models as needed.
• Provide training on BIM/VDC tools and workflows.
• Evaluate new software and technologies and extend modeling capabilities.
