Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in VDC/BIM or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of digital modeling strategies for SPW scopes across project phases.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors and self-perform crews to integrate VDC processes into SPW activities.
• Reviews SPW scope-specific models for accuracy and alignment with project specs and DPR standards.
• Identifies constructability issues and communicates them to project teams and field crews for timely resolution.
• Prepares visuals, shop drawings and field-ready docs from digital models to support SPW crews and improve communication.
• Tracks modeling progress to ensure on-time coordination and accurate project tracking.
• Ensures SPW models support cross-functional processes to enhance project delivery.
