Jacobs seeks a VDC 4D Coordinator to unite 3D models and construction schedules, enabling informed planning and faster execution. You’ll work across projects with an international team, delivering simulations and analyses that guide sequencing and strategy.

The role blends production work with experimentation, developing repeatable workflows and extending into 5D by linking model data with cost information. A strong BIM/VDC background and Revit/Navisworks experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of BIM/VDC experience with hands-on 4D modeling or construction sequencing.
• Proficient in 4D platforms (SYNCHRO or Fuzor) with Revit and/or Navisworks experience.
• Understanding of construction schedules, activity relationships, sequencing, and how schedules connect to model elements; Primavera P6 knowledge is valuable.
• Experience organizing model data through Revit parameters and element coding; data management methods are a plus.
• Ability to clearly explain technical information, collaborate across disciplines/time zones, and manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Curiosity to learn unfamiliar tools, troubleshoot, and follow through on detailed work.
• Knowledge of AI tools, reusable skills, and agents for workflow optimization and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain 4D models connecting 3D elements with construction schedules using SYNCHRO 4D Pro or similar tools.
• Prepare/structure/vet model data, including Revit parameters and element coding, to support reliable schedule linking and efficient updates.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand construction methods, evaluate sequencing, and identify schedule conflicts, constraints, risks, and opportunities.
• Create clear simulations, visualizations, and presentations that support planning discussions and communicate construction strategy.
• Keep models and deliverables current as designs and schedules evolve; pivot between projects as needed.
• Coordinate work with an international delivery team, set priorities, provide meaningful handoffs, and review deliverable quality.
• Improve repeatable workflows, troubleshoot data integration issues, and test tools to speed and accuracy.
• Assist in developing 5D workflows connecting model quantities, schedule activities, and cost data.
• Share knowledge and help project teams use 4D effectively in planning and execution.
