You’ll interact with project teams to understand methods, identify sequencing changes, and communicate strategy. A strong background in BIM/VDC and familiarity with SYNCHRO/Revit/Navisworks is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years BIM/VDC experience with 4D modeling or sequencing.
• Hands-on work with 4D platforms (SYNCHRO or Fuzor) and Revit/Navisworks.
• Understand construction schedules and how they link to models; P6 knowledge is helpful.
• Ability to explain technical information across disciplines and time zones.
• Experience organizing model data via Revit parameters and coding.
• Curiosity to learn new tools and troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge of AI tools for workflow optimization and automation.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain 4D models linking 3D elements to schedules using SYNCHRO Pro or similar tools.
• Prepare and vet model data, including Revit parameters and element coding for reliable scheduling.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate sequencing, risks, and opportunities.
• Create clear simulations and visuals to support planning discussions and strategy.
• Keep models current as designs and priorities change; shift across projects as needed.
• Coordinate with international delivery teams, defining priorities and handoffs.
• Improve workflows, troubleshoot data integration, and test automation.
• Contribute to 5D workflows linking model quantities, schedules and cost data.
• Share knowledge to help teams use 4D effectively in planning and execution.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly across disciplines.
