Role Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat complex patients, responding to health problems.
• Assist with prevention of illness, injury, maintenance of wellness, and patient comfort.
• Provide leadership, education, and program development in your area of responsibility.
• Manage resources to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Licensure & Certification

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible/compact state.
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in the specific patient population or setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; enrolled in a Master’s program, to be completed within 36 months.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.

Additional Requirements
