Job summary

Tabush Group is seeking a Client Manager to join our Client Services team in the NYC area. This role will act as a strategic IT advisor to clients, building strong relationships with key decision makers and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.

The ideal candidate has several years in MSP/managed IT environments, experience advising on IT architecture and cybersecurity strategy, and strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an MSP or managed IT environment with 3+ years in client-facing roles.
• Experience advising decision-makers on IT architecture and cybersecurity strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities across teams and deliver client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in a vCTO capacity and translate IT needs into impactful business solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and proactively monitor satisfaction.
• Advocacy: Identify escalations and ensure service delivery meets standards for clients and internal teams.
• Project Oversight: Ensure the project team has resources and information needed for successful delivery.
• Reporting & Administration: Manage time tracking, reporting, change management, lifecycle planning, and PS pipeline oversight.
