NuView IT in Austin, TX seeks a vCIO / Technology & Business Solution Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor, solution architect, and business partner for our clients. You will align technology investments with business goals, develop roadmaps, lead executive discussions, and drive long-term client success and growth through secure, scalable IT and cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MSP, IT consulting, or enterprise IT.
• Strong cloud, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity background.
• Experience leading executive-level technology discussions.
• Proven design of solutions and client relationship development.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and security frameworks (NIST, CIS, HIPAA, or CMMC).

We are seeking a client-focused vCIO / Technology & Business Solution Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor, solution architect, and business partner for our clients.

In this role, you'll help clients align technology investments with business objectives, develop strategic roadmaps, lead executive-level discussions, and drive long-term client success and growth.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary strategic technology advisor for assigned clients.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executive stakeholders.
• Develop technology roadmaps that support client business goals.
• Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT and cybersecurity solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling managed and security services.
• Partner with service delivery and sales teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in MSP, IT consulting, or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong background in cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading executive-level business and technology conversations.
• Proven success in solution design, account management, and client relationship development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, HIPAA, or CMMC preferred.
