Provide administrative assistance in support of the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program (VCHIP) including project scheduling, data management functions, tracking project performance (e.g., number of trainings, participant feedback), keeping minutes, ordering/maintaining training supplies, processing expenses, maintenance of data tracking database, coordination of outreach and educational activities around project specific conferences and training, participation in quality improvement activities, and other related duties. Work under general guidance, initiate responses to problem resolution, and adhere to confidentiality and guidelines for ethical human subject research.
$24.50 - $27.20 hr
A probationary period may be required, Contingent on continued funding, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
