ClearBridge Technology Group seeks an experienced manager to lead a practice focusing on VMware solutions, especially VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). You will report to the Technical Practice Director and guide a team through architecture, delivery, and customer success across commercial and government sectors.

You will drive training, enablement, and program execution while ensuring security and regulatory compliance. A strategic leader with strong communication will thrive in this role.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including virtualization or cloud solutions.
• 5+ years managing technical delivery teams in a VMware or cloud services environment.
• Deep expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and related modern cloud technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of VMware/VCF engineers aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Broadcom product management, engineering, and sales to meet customer needs.
• Engage with commercial, government, and defense customers to design VCF-based solutions and drive outcomes.
• Develop and oversee training to keep the team current on VMware/VCF and related cloud tech.
• Ensure delivery projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards and monitor billable utilization.
• Maintain security/compliance with standards like NIST, FedRAMP, GDPR, and SEC.
