Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state where the office is located.
• Minimum 3 years of Emerging Growth/VC experience with AmLaw 100 level firm preferred.
• Experience with M&A and advising emerging growth companies on day-to-day corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support transaction strategy.
• Draft briefs, contracts, and correspondence with precision.
• Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution through closings and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; work with lawyers and business professionals.
