Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state where based.
• Minimum 2+ years of Emerging Growth/Venture Capital experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence with strong writing.
• Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution, including negotiations and closings.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients with professionalism.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop strategies for favorable outcomes.
• Attend and support high-level legal activities including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on precedents.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and participate in firm programs.
