Qualifications

• JD required.
• 5–8 years of Emerging Growth/Venture Capital experience.
• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NVCA, seriesseed.com and Y Combinator.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with partners, lawyers, clients, staff and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, respond to inquiries, and meet deadlines.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles to facts.
• Provide timely, accurate and well-reasoned work product.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
• Observe firm policies and practices.
