(Hybrid: onsite expected once a week)

Job Description:
The Project Manager will provide project management oversight for the design, configuration, staff training, and implementation of a replacement licensing and management system, along with internal support for required processes.
The Project Manager will also oversee user acceptance testing, certify readiness for deployment, and ensure the solution is fully implemented as planned.
Additional responsibilities include change management, vendor management, project closeout activities, schedule tracking, status reporting, and coordination of project team members and responsibilities. The role requires maintaining project timelines, budgeting estimates, and communication with executive leadership and board stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
