VBOA - Project Manager 4 (Part‑time)
Henrico, VA (Hybrid: onsite expected once a week)
This role will remain a part-time engagement for the duration of the assignment. No changes to this arrangement are planned. Candidates must be aware of and agree to these terms prior to submission.
The Project Manager will provide project management oversight for the design, configuration, staff training, and implementation of a replacement licensing and management system, along with internal support for required processes. Responsibilities include leading team members through process mapping and requirements gathering, serving as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the project, and overseeing all phases of system implementation. The Project Manager will also oversee user acceptance testing, certify readiness for deployment, and ensure the solution is fully implemented as planned.
Additional responsibilities include change management, vendor management, project closeout activities, schedule tracking, status reporting, and coordination of project team members and responsibilities. The role requires maintaining project timelines, budgeting estimates, and communication with executive leadership and board stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
