Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fanatics Collect platform. You will oversee vaulting, inventory control, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance across workflows.

You will lead a team of specialists, coordinate with authentication partners, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a 5–7 year background in operations/logistics, 1–3 years in people management, and proficiency with WMS/ERP, Excel, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics.
• 1–3 years of people management experience.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, and Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across vaulting, inventory control, and fulfillment functions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound workflows for physical collectibles, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Maintain alignment with third-party partners (authentication, grading, and logistics).
• Monitor KPIs including turnaround time, accuracy rate, and service quality.
• Identify bottlenecks or quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of operations specialists and coordinators; coach and evaluate performance.
• Develop and document SOPs and ensure training adherence.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Technology to implement operational enhancements.
