Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee daily workflows in a fast-paced vaulting and fulfillment environment. You will coordinate intake, authentication coordination, vault operations, and fulfillment while guiding frontline staff to meet service-level agreements.

Based in a fulfillment facility, the role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration with authentication, logistics, and customer experience teams to maintain inventory integrity and security

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics.
• Experience leading or supporting frontline teams.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or fulfillment systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across vaulting, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound collectibles.
• Monitor KPIs (accuracy, turnaround time, throughput) and elevate issues as needed.
• Assign tasks and provide day-to-day direction to operations staff.
• Support onboarding and training to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues; raise complex challenges.
• Coordinate with partners (authentication, logistics, customer experience).
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities.

Position Summary

The Supervisor, Operations supports daily operational workflows for the Fanatics Collect platform, including intake, authentication coordination, vault operations, and fulfillment.
