Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Workplace Operations Associate, Vault for the AM shift in our New Castle, DE office. You will maintain a clean, organized, functional, and secure building while supporting event setup and daily operations.

Responsibilities include custodial tasks, coordinating with facilities teams, and responding to internal requests. Onsite work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional weekend flexibility. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and sanitation practices.
• Ability to adapt to schedule/shift changes.
• Prioritizes tasks during scheduled work shift.

Responsibilities

• Performs general custodial duties: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restocking supplies.
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Assists in setup/breakdown of events and meetings.
• Collaborates with Facilities/Workplace/Operations to meet office needs.
• Responds to tickets and requests from other departments.
• Reads chemical SDS (SAFETY DATA SHEET).
• Other duties as assigned.
