Collectors Holdings, Inc. in New Castle, DE, seeks a Workplace Operations Associate to support building maintenance, inventory, and vendor coordination on a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift, reporting to the Workplace Manager.

You will assist with general facilities tasks, move and assemble furniture, and monitor safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an on-site role with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, problem solver, flexible and able to prioritize.
• General knowledge of facilities maintenance.
• Able to assemble furniture.
• Set up and tear down events.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using Google products (Gmail/Google Docs/Google Sheets/Sites).

Aufgaben

• Assist existing staff with general building maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Track and maintain inventory of kitchen and office supplies.
• Coordinate outside services and vendors for onsite repairs and janitorial tasks.
• Monitor progress of facility-related projects and repairs.
• Move boxes, pallets, equipment, and other items as needed.
• Assemble, install, and move furniture and storage racks.
• Respond to tickets and requests from other departments.
• Identify safety risks such as spills and tripping hazards.
• Occasionally perform overtime as needed.
