Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. seeks a Workplace Operations Associate for the Vault in New Castle, DE. The role is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM on weekdays, with possible weekend flexibility, and requires on-site presence five days per week.

You will perform custodial tasks, support event setup, and coordinate with Facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Prior custodial experience is preferred; candidates should be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and adaptable to schedule changes.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to evaluate inventory of supplies.
• Flexibility to adjust to schedule changes and weekend work if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Workplace teams to meet office needs and respond to tickets.
