The position focuses on leading the accountability team, training staff, maintaining policies, and supporting during PCI audits while ensuring safety and strict confidentiality across operations.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience banking or an accountability related function preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Task oriented, strong organizational skills, able to prioritize workload.
• Enthusiastic, team player, adaptable to change, professional demeanor, client-focused.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High level of computer literacy including MS Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Leads the accountability team within the accountability auditing operations.
• Ensure staff is trained in all aspect of the accountability operation.
• Ensure physical security PCI auditing compliance for the designated shift.
• Maintain all auditing policies, procedures, and practices.
• Oversee the secure card auditing system with full traceability for the shift.
• Ensure integrity of work-in-progress, finished goods, and destruction of secure materials.
• Implement corrective actions for auditing miscounts and report to Card Auditing Supervisor.
• Maintain monthly communications with Management through reporting.
