Qualifications

• Ability to operate required equipment after training; strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits received from customers and branches and balance as required, including releasing orders to armored couriers.
• Prepare outgoing cash orders for customers and branches.
• Handle communications via phone, email, fax, or mail including deposit discrepancies and customer inquiries; research and resolve issues.
• Balance cash trucks and follow cash handling guidelines; maintain daily reconciliation within timeframes.
• Provide team support to meet goals and deadlines and stay informed on department functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
