Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform a full range of vascular exams using ultrasound and related modalities. The role includes rotating to mobile locations and contributing to on-call coverage to serve patients across multiple sites.

The position requires an Associate’s Degree in Sonography and national certifications (BLS, RVT‑VT, RVS). Candidates should demonstrate strong imaging quality, documentation, and teamwork within CV Services.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) or equivalent credentials.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT‑VT) credentialed by ARDMS.

Responsibilities

• Cross-trains to other divisions of CV Services and participates in multidisciplinary care.
• Reviews patient data for accuracy, quality and completeness; documents findings.
• Performs routine and complex vascular ultrasound imaging procedures per department guidelines and physician orders.
• Rotates to off-site mobile locations to serve patients and participates in on-call coverage during holidays, nights, and weekends.
