Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist to provide expert clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies. You will train physicians and clinical staff, deliver case coverage, and guide adoption of new technologies across hospitals and clinics.

This field-based role requires availability for evenings and weekends, substantial travel, and collaboration with Therapy Development Representatives and the Vascular Field team to drive patient outcomes and product uptake.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma with 8+ years clinical/medical device hospital experience OR Associate’s with 6+ years OR Bachelor’s with 4+ years in clinical/medical device hospital settings.
• Preferred: Clinical Specialist with Neuroguard vascular device knowledge and therapy adoption experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies in diverse clinical settings.
• Deliver case coverage and guidance for physicians using PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and other vascular therapies.
• Educate physicians, nurses and staff through in‑service programs and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Travel up to 70% to support cases, launches and trainings.
