Job summary

Medtronic Peripheral Vascular is seeking a Vascular Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for our vascular portfolio across multiple procedures. This role involves education and collaboration with physicians, care teams, and sales to expand therapy adoption and improve patient outcomes.

The candidate will cover Minneapolis and St. Paul, with travel up to 50% and occasional after-hours coverage to support urgent cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 11+ years or Associate’s with 9+ years or Bachelor’s with 7+ years in healthcare, field sales, or related areas.
• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating programs.
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures and the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio with physicians and care teams.
• Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, case support, and conference participation.
• Collaborate with sales, managers, and cross-functional partners to execute district business plans and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver responsive technical and procedural support for urgent cases and complex procedures on short notice.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with physicians, administrators, clinicians, and key decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs, address objections, and relay market feedback to help shape sales strategies.
• Manage inventory performance across accounts, audits, and optimize product availability.
• Coordinate product launches, inventory transitions, and field initiatives to maximize efficiency.
• Support operational activities including purchase orders and training initiatives.
