Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Vascular Therapy Development Representative in the Los Angeles area. You will drive the adoption of vascular therapies by training hospital staff, educating physicians, and leading sales initiatives to grow market share for PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and other vascular products.

This role requires building relationships with key decision makers, meeting sales targets, and developing market strategies while adhering to ethics and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience or Associate’s Degree with 10+ years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in sales or relevant field.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred in Biological Science or Business.

Responsibilities

• Plan and meet/exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Drive adoption of vascular therapies by training, educating, selling, and in-servicing new products.
• Develop and execute market development plans to expand product reach and adoption.
• Educate physicians and staff on new products and procedures; discuss reimbursement landscape.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and leaders to drive therapy adoption.
