Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development representative to drive adoption of vascular therapies, train staff, and expand account coverage. You will build business by activating new accounts and advancing product adoption within a defined territory and budget. Strong emphasis on ethics, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires extensive travel, deep product knowledge, and the ability to lead strategic sales initiatives while maintaining financial and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices or life sciences sales preferred.
• Ability to travel at least 60% as required by territory.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets (AOP, budget, account development).
• Launch and grow vascular product adoption with field teams.
• Train medical staff on new products and procedures.
• Develop and execute plans to expand market share and manage expenses.
