Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies across clinical settings. The role partners with Therapy Development Representatives and requires extensive travel (up to 70%).

The candidate will educate physicians on new vascular therapies, lead training events, and support product launches while maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and hospital teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment.
• Associate's degree with 6+ years in clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment.
• H.S. Diploma and 8+ years clinical, medical device or related experience in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical expertise and hands-on procedural support to ensure safe, consistent, and superior outcomes for new vascular technologies across commercial use and clinical studies.
• Deliver case coverage and technical guidance for physicians utilizing PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and other newly launched vascular therapies, including urgent and high priority cases.
• Support the introduction, adoption, and effective utilization of new technologies by delivering best practices, training, and technical guidance to the Vascular Field organization.
• Assess customer needs and deliver tailored clinical product support that maximizes the value of Medtronic vascular solutions, engaging stakeholders and addressing objections as needed.
• Partner with the Therapy Development Rep (TDR) and Vascular field organization to optimize case support, support key accounts, and execution of business plans.
• Drive growth, utilization, and reorder activity—particularly in new accounts—by supporting product launches and commercial strategies.
