Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years’ experience
• OR Associate’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience
• OR Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Experience selling medical devices/therapies in hospital/OR settings is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets (AOP, budget, and account development)
• Drive adoption of vascular technologies through effective sales strategies
• Identify opportunities and execute plans to grow therapy adoption
• Develop and execute accurate, ongoing sales plans to achieve objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and accounts
• Educate physicians and staff on new products and therapies
• Plan and implement sales presentations and product demonstrations
