A leading medical university is seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator for the Department of Surgery. This role involves managing clinic staff, coordinating surgical schedules, and overseeing administrative tasks. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and relevant experience in healthcare administration.
Job Summary: This position reports to the Department of Surgery Administrator. The Senior Administrative Coordinator manages administrative assistants, OR scheduling, and clinic staff within the division of vascular and endovascular surgery. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating care between satellite clinics and Upstate. Must have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant healthcare administrative experience required. Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of managing positions, OR scheduling, EPIC, clinic operations and workflow, and administrative duties. Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.
Work Days: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Salary Range: $60,406 - $88,200
