Qualifications

• Strong computation and analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Management Oversight: 24 hour accountability for ongoing delivery of patient care within assigned business line and program planning.
• Operations: develop staffing plans, budgets, and policy interpretation for Home Care.
• Leadership: support executive planning and professional development of associates.
• Medical Records Management: ensure compliant documentation, data analysis for reimbursement and quality.
