Job summary

The role partners with the Director to achieve department goals and improve performance across clinical and administrative domains.

The position emphasizes accountability for patient care, budgeting, staffing, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong computation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• 40% Administrative Management Oversight: 24-hour accountability for patient care within the assigned business line; develop and evaluate performance processes and standards.
• 30% Operations: develop budgets, staffing plans, policies, and intake/throughput improvements; ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
• 20% Leadership: provide executive-level input, promote servant leadership, plan projects, and develop professional growth.
• 10% Medical Records Management: ensure documentation standards and data analysis for reimbursement, quality, and risk management.
