Job summary

CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Vascular Access RN to join a fast-paced, mobile team delivering specialized vascular access care across St. Cloud Hospital.

You will assess, insert, manage and maintain vascular access devices for patients of all ages, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely care and favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current Minnesota RN Licenserequired
• BSN preferred and BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
• Certified RN Infusion (CRI) within 3 years required
• VA-BC specialty certification within 3 years required

Responsibilities

• Assess, insert, manage and maintain vascular access devices (peripheral IVs, PICC lines, midlines, central venous catheters)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and respond to consults to ensure timely, safe care
• Deliver evidence-based vascular access care with a focus on reducing complications and improving outcomes

Job description

Join a highly skilled, fast-paced, mobile team that provides specialized vascular access care throughout St. Cloud Hospital. As a Vascular Access RN, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across multiple patient care areas, responding to consults and helping ensure patients receive timely, safe, and effective vascular access treatment.

In this specialized role, you will assess, insert, manage, and maintain vascular access devices including peripheral IVs, PICC lines, midlines, and central venous catheters for patients of all ages. This role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and evidence-based vascular access care while minimizing complications and improving patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 60-72 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital
• Day/night | 7am-7:30pmand 7pm - 7:30am
• Straight night schedule available after training if desired
• Every third weekend | Rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour
• $3500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
