Job summary

CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital in Minnesota invites Registered Nurses to join the Cardiovascular Thoracic Unit (CVTU). The unit focuses on complex cardiovascular and thoracic care with opportunities for specialization, professional development, and career advancement.

This part-time, onsite role features 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7:30am), every 4th weekend, and attractive incentives including a $3,500 hiring bonus and a $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates.

Job description

CentraCare invites Registered Nurses who are looking for a fulfilling and dynamic career path to join our Cardiovascular Thoracic Unit (CVTU). The CVTU specializes in treating patients with complex cardiovascular and thoracic conditions, including those recovering from surgeries such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and valve replacements. Schedule

• Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks | Onsite
• Nights | 12-hour shifts | 7pm -7:30am
• Every 4th weekend | Predetermined holiday rotation

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
• Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
• Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
• Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour
• Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts

You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
