Qualifications

• Minimum Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree required.
• Five+ years of general clinical experience, including three years in ultrasound for vascular access insertion.
• Strong training skills preferred.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy, vascular access, and related disease states required.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and drive as needed.
• Valid state driver's license with 3 years of driving history and BD auto safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Regional Team to ensure clinically effective sales and conversion management from pre-validation to retention.
• Develops relationships with end-users, providing product in-servicing and clinical education.
• Facilitates customer training classes in support of conversion or retention for key customers.
• Collaborates with Sales Team in key account management strategy sessions.
• Manages per Diem nurses and mentors contract nursing staff to build clinical skills.
• Trains high-potential nurses for future contracted roles within the team.
• Conducts VAM assessments supporting Vascular Care and Vascular Access sales bags.
• Provides monthly updates to the Clinical Manager on regional training activities and support.
