Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver flawless clinical support and education to customers. The role focuses on vascular access, infusion therapies, and related MDS products, working across regions to optimize training and engagement.

Candidates should have a BSN and at least five years of nursing experience, with three years in infusion or vascular access, and be prepared to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent clinical experience.
• Minimum 5 years general clinical nursing experience, including 3+ years in infusion therapy, vascular access, or MDS products.
• Ultrasound-guided vascular access device placement experience.
• Proven ability to train and educate clinical staff.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history; willing to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Manage responsibilities within the Travel & Expense budget.
• Provide monthly updates to the Clinical Manager on regional training activities.
• Facilitate customer training classes for conversions or retention.
• Collaborate with Regional Team to support engagements from pre-sale through post-conversion.
• Develop strong relationships with end-users; provide product in-servicing and education.
• Provide routine follow-up support at end-user locations.
