Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Clinical Specialist to execute Medication Delivery Solutions strategies, implement clinical programs, and drive outcomes that reduce cost-in-use. You will engage in conversion management, product implementation, and training on MDS products.

Ideal candidates are RNs with a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years clinical experience including ultrasound vascular access, and a willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Minimum RN with a bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of clinical experience, including ultrasound for vascular access.
• Training skills preferred.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy and vascular access required.
• Travel up to 80% to conduct training and support accounts.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Regional Team to ensure clinically effective sales processes.
• Develops relationships with end-users; provides in-servicing and clinical education.
• Leads training classes to support conversion or retention for key customers.
• Collaborates with Sales Team in account management strategy sessions.
• Manages per Diem nurses.
• Trains contract nursing staff and identifies high-potential nurses.
• Conducts VAM assessments for Vascular Care and Vascular Access sales bags.
• Provides monthly updates to Clinical Manager on regional training activities.
