Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day VAS project execution, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Coordinate with temporary staff and staffing agencies; provide supervision and coaching.
• Define project scope with clients and warehousing leadership; set priorities and timelines.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and work instructions are ready before project start.
• Monitor productivity, quality, staffing, and project progress; report status and address issues.
• Maintain records of projects, staffing, and invoices; ensure compliance with SLAs.
