Job summary

Beauty by Earth is seeking a decisive VAS Lead for our Carrollton, TX warehouse. This hands-on role runs the kitting, relabeling, and Amazon FBA prep lines, oversees a crew of agency temps, and owns the labeling applicator and kitting line.

You will ensure every unit leaving VAS is accurate in the ERP and on shelves. You’ll report to the Inventory Manager, receive training and procedures, and must make decisions, set priorities, and catch mistakes before shipping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, kitting, co-packing, or light assembly
• At least 1 year leading people or a production line
• Experience using WMS or ERP systems and handheld scanners
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift

Responsibilities

• Plan and run daily kitting, bundling, relabeling, and retailer prep from manufacturing orders in Fulfil ERP
• Operate and maintain the automated label applicator and kitting line
• Lead the VAS temp crew and coordinate staffing with partners
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time completion of orders
