Qualifications

• Has ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Has previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport.
• Head coach must have substantial knowledge of technical aspects and stay updated with new coaching theories.
• Head coach must be a positive role model for student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and physical training.
• Promote social values, self-discipline and pride of accomplishment.
• Upgrade knowledge through coaching clinics and observations.
• Work with students in sports and provide practice guidance for team success.
• Teach and enforce rules and regulations.
• Evenings and weekends are required.
