Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED or 1+ year of contiguous work experience with no more than 2 employers.
• Valid US Driver’s License and TWIC badge required.
• 2+ months experience in field/dept and knowledge of account procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate work assignments to drivers and monitor progress throughout the day.
• Record daily activity on a tablet and in writing.
• Plan vehicle movements to minimize wait times and consolidate movements.
• Troubleshoot to facilitate processing of damaged units or special attention items.
• Ensure a spotter is used when backing up vehicles.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across shuttle van and IAP zones.
• Promote safety and prevent on-the-job accidents.
• Monitor and report any unacceptable conduct by team members.
