Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering.
• 7+ years of rocket engine development or aerospace fluid/mechanical systems.
• 3+ years of project and people management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BE-3U Valves Product Team and manage people and product.
• Own engine valves from development through production, test, and flight.
• Collaborate with operations and other leaders to improve cost, performance, and lead times.
