System One, Inc. is seeking an experienced CAD Designer in Irwin, PA to create and maintain CAD drawings and 3D models for valve components and assemblies.

You will prepare detailed fabrication drawings, install drawings, and documentation, while incorporating engineering changes and feedback from manufacturing. The role requires 2+ years CAD design experience in manufacturing, proficiency in Creo/SolidWorks/Inventor/AutoCAD, and strong GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CAD design experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of drafting standards, GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Familiarity with machining processes (CNC turning, milling, grinding, assembly).

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain CAD drawings and 3D models for valve components and assemblies.
• Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and materials specified.
• Develop installation drawings and service documentation.
• Update drawings based on engineering changes, manufacturing feedback, and customer needs.
• Support new product development and design modifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure designs are manufacturable and compliant.
• Apply GD&T standards and support prototype testing.
• Assist with tooling and fixture design for production efficiency.
