Bray International, Inc. in Houston, Texas is seeking a Drafter Designer to create detailed component models, assemblies, and technical drawings of mechanical valves.

You will use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to produce accurate 3D models and drawings that guide manufacturing, while aligning with Bray’s ERP data practices. Strong attention to detail, good communication with engineers, and familiarity with ASME Y14.5 are essential.

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; a related two-year degree is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks for parts, assemblies, and drawings.
• Familiarity with ERP data management and documentation procedures.
• Preferred SolidWorks CAD Certification or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of valve components and assemblies.
• Maintain accurate bill-of-materials and change orders in Bray ERP system.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate designs into drawings and specs.
• Ensure drawings meet ASME Y14.5 standards and tolerancing.
• Contribute to product validation and third‑party audits.
