Job summary

Bray International, Inc. seeks a skilled Drafter Designer to create detailed CAD models and drawings of mechanical valves and components. You will produce 3D models and 2D drawings, ensuring accurate dimensions and annotations to guide manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a two-year degree in Mechanical Drafting and Design or related field is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks; part design, assemblies, and PDM file management.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed component models, assemblies, and drawings of mechanical valves and related parts using CAD software.
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings with accurate dimensions and annotations for manufacturing.
• Maintain records of drawings, assemblies, BOMs, revisions, and change orders in Bray ERP system.
• Collaborate with engineers to interpret design intent and resolve issues.
• Ensure drawings meet engineering standards and tolerances; provide assembly views and exploded views.
