Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to oversee one or more plant value streams. You will implement the Parker Lean system and Win Strategy, ensure a safe work environment, drive quality improvements, and lead day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and annual expectations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, with strong teamwork, communication, and Lean experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Sufficient background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control.
• Demonstrated teamwork and team-building skills. Ability to assess and develop individual and team skills and capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LEAN teams or leading LEAN teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant value streams and daily operations to meet targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement lean practices.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and standardized work across the value stream.
• Develop associates and manage performance assessments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and management for rapid decision execution.
• Maintain visibility boards and tracking to ensure performance goals.
