Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to oversee one or more plant value streams. You will implement Parker Lean and Win Strategy, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while reducing costs and inventories.

You will develop associates and lead performance assessments under the Value Stream Manager. Responsibilities include daily operations, cross-training, and using PDCA to achieve continuous improvements across shifts, with emphasis on standardized work and 5S, in a

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control.
Experience with LEAN teams or leading LEAN teams is preferred.

Mansioni

Meet with Value Stream associates regularly to discuss problems, solutions and challenges; foster continuous improvement.
Lead plant value streams in daily operations and improvements, including supply chain, production control, and cross-shift coordination.
Assist in creating continuous product flow, pull systems, and leveling workload.
Develop standardized work, ensure safety and 5S compliance, and empower the team.
