Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp’s Baldwin Filters division seeks a Value Stream Team Leader to drive daily operations and continuous improvement across plant value streams. You will lead associates, align with the Value Stream Manager, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, cost reductions, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, deployment of lean methods, and workforce development to sustain productive flow and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, HR and inventory control.
• Demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• LEAN team experience or leading LEAN teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates and make employment decisions for plant value streams.
• Oversee all aspects of the plant value streams under the Value Stream Manager.
• Meet regularly with Value Stream associates and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead daily operations and continuous improvements across supply chain, production, and manufacturing priorities.
• Establish standardized work, ensure safety, and maintain 5S compliance.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and coordinate cross-department support.
